Dermacleanse
A deep cleansing product containing natural papaya fruit, mango, dragon fruit and coconut acids to hydrate and gently exfoliate. This cleanser will also calm irritated skin to help restore a healthy glowing complexion as well as remove excess oil and its antioxidant properties will help counteract damaging pollution so skin feels smooth and squeaky clean.
HAC4
HA4C an ultra-lightweight serum contains a hyaluronic acid complex, with an ultra-low molecular weight that is 60 times more soluble than standard hyaluronic acid and provides quicker penetration through the layers of the skin for faster moisturisation.
Shield 50
A highly effective photo-stable broad spectrum, lightweight physical sunscreen, containing a combination of clinically proven filters to protect the skin against the harmful effects of UV rays. It is water resistance and contains clinically proven AHA’s, citric and lactic acid to gently increase cell turnover. It is light and easily absorbed with a natural tint to give an even appearance whilst having a hydrating effect on the skin and protecting the DNA.
Retinight
A rich, luxury night cream with ultra hydrating properties and retinol to help nourish and restore whilst you sleep. Biomimetic peptides help relax lines and wrinkles for a rested relaxed appearance.
A powerful multi-functioning night cream, Retinol increases cell turnover for a more youthful appearance.
Deep hydration with humectants, ceramides and emolients.

Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. We use different delivery methods depending on the product, and how fast your order arrives will depend on the shipping methods involved.
However, on rare occasions, delivery can take a little longer.
UK Standard Delivery
Dispatch
The majority of orders (over 90%) are dispatched either on the same working day or the following working day
(NOTE: working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Our standard delivery includes packaging and handling.
If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £5 for domestic shipments to cover our costs incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly.
Delivery is normally via Royal Mail or alternative courier.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If an event, course or service is cancelled for what ever reason, you will be given the opportunity to rebook another date for an event, course or service of the same value. Customers will not be eligible for a refund, only a change of date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
